DISCOVERY MEETING
In this meeting, we learn about your aspirations, why you’ve decided to expand abroad, who is on board, and who needs convincing. We’ll also explore your company’s structure, current offerings, and customer base. This meeting provides the information needed to formulate our proposal, which outlines the steps for creating a tailored entry strategy.

PROPOSAL
After the Discovery Meeting, we will present a customized proposal outlining the steps of our consultancy. Upon your acceptance, we will begin the consulting engagement, which will typically last between 3 to 6 months, depending on the findings from the Discovery Meeting.
Payment Terms:
20% of the total fee is due upon hiring.
The remaining 80% will be divided into monthly payments, due every 30 days following the kick-off.

DELIVERABLES
Our services includes a series of interactive meetings with key personnel, and internal work to create three key deliverables:
Product/Offer Market Fit for the US: We interact with product managers, operations, and other development and delivery teams to fully understand your offerings and how they can be adjusted for the US market.
Operational Readiness: We engage with internal departments (Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.) to assess readiness and provide a roadmap for operational adjustments necessary for US success.
Entry Plan: Once the market fit and operational readiness are defined, we develop a detailed entry plan considering market opportunities, business goals, and financial resources.
